Pentax launches its new model, the Pentax Optio 43WR which is an exciting camera and setting new standards in the market! It was announced in North America on the 08/3/04. The Optio 43WR has for maximum resolution 2288 x 1712. It can also be set at a lower resolution of 1600 x 1200, 1024 x 768, 640 x 480. The image ratio on the Pentax Optio 43WR is 4:3, making a total of 3.9 mega pixels. The lens's sensor of the Optio 43WR is a CCD which measures 1/2.7 " and uses a RGB color filter. Pentax included a digital zoom on the Optio 43WR and included an internal flash being a standard in nowadays cameras .
